Delete your data

You can erase your account and personal data at any time.

We believe you should always be in control of your data. When you ask us to delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except for limited records we are legally required to keep (for example to investigate fraud or abuse).

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Go to Account settings.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm the request.

Cannot sign in? Email us at privacy@amourmix.eu from the address on your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What is removed

  • Your profile, bio, interests and preferences.
  • Your uploaded photos (deleted from R2).
  • Any sessions and reset tokens.
  • Authentication data (email and password hash).

What may be kept

We may retain a minimal record of safety actions (for example, that an account was banned for breaking Community Guidelines) so that the same person cannot rejoin and cause further harm. Such records contain no profile data.
